Get to learn the basics of working with chocolate. You will be welcomed with coffee, tea and chocolates. Then a brief introduction about the history will follow as well as a tasting of various grades of chocolate.
During the workshop three types of chocolates are made of milk and dark chocolate: hazelnut praline, caramel crispy and truffles of whipped cream.
It is a see-and-do-it workshop, whereafter the prepared chocolates and the recipe may of course be taken back home.
