VOC walk - Lunch – KNSM-island bike tour

Golden Times walk
The Golden times come alife in this nautical walk. Stroll along warehouses and smell spices and the salty scent of this historical harbour. Particularly in the Eastern harbour area it’s nearly possible to actually touch Amsterdam as it was years ago. The old VOC buildings nowadays look on houseboats and sweet canal water. A neighbourhood full of industrial buildings, magnificent panoramas and memories of golden times.

Lunch
After the Golden Times walk you visit the VOC ship 'the Amsterdam' and enjoy a lunch with great views on the city.

KNSM Island bike tour
Everything that’s hip and happening knows where to find this part of Amsterdam. This area, crowded with old warehouses and authentic shipyards, has turned into a trendy district. Ferries bring you to the new islands, where you will cycle along modern canal houses with your guide. He will also show you Jamie Oliver's Place and will give you information about the challenging architecture, hidden city gardens and the history of this upcoming district.
